- Submit file to Lender and work with Lender throughout loan process
- Ordering and collection of all documents required to satisfy Lender conditions, including but not limited to Title, Appraisal, Home Owners Insurance, Letters of Explanation, Tax Returns, Pay Stubs, W-2s, Bank Statements, All Verification documents, Gift Letters, any Self Employed Client Documents
- Informing all parties throughout loan process of status of loan
- Coordinate closing with Client, Title, Lender and Broker upon receiving CTC
